404 Error when adding a Listing

I cant remember how to restore a previous version of my website.

I recently changed the order of my Listings Categories and added some Request categories and since then I am seeing this error when I attempt to Add a new Listing:

Error → {“data”:{“errorCode”:“URL_RULE_NOT_CONFIGURED”},“status”:{“code”:404,“description”:“Invalid Input”}}

If you can help me to resolve this I wont need to restore from a previous version.

Hi,

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.

So it seems to be Zoho 3rd party which states it is compatibale with my version of wordpress but obviously not compatible with ExpertHive.

Can you suggest an email plugin that is compatible with ExpertHive ?
