When directly requesting a service from a vendor, the hp-menu__account menu-item hp-menu__item–offers-view briefly shows before an offer from the vendor is made, and sometimes dissapairs from the menu. When the offer is made, it shows, but contains nothing. To view the offer made, one have to go into the account/requests page and click on the request. Then the offer appears below.
In any case, the page /account/offers/ show nothing. Is this intended?

Please send more details that may help to detect or reproduce this issue (e.g. a link to your site, screenshots, a list of installed plugins, or the error message you get).
Also, please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
My plugins
Process:
User browses vendor profiles and find a vendor to their liking. Enter the vendor profile and request a personal job from the vendor.
In this period, the job is waiting moderation, yet the account/offers menu item shows up in the account menu. It is empty.
When approved and accepted, the same menu item appears, but only after entering account/requests and clicking in on the request. But it is still empty. Im not sure whats supposed to show in there .
So basically, it seemes like account/offers page doesn’t work

What I think the issue is, is a conflict between personal request and regular requests.
Personal request triggers the offers menu item, but does not return any content here.
