Hello, I want to know is it possible to add a “Send Message” button to the dashboard so that the vendors can send message to the admin by clicking on the button. Currently there is the “Contact Buyer” button, but no button to send direct message to admin.

Hi,

Unfortunately, there is no such feature, it will require a custom implementation. As a workaround, you can create a separate page, for example, “Contact Admin” with any contact form (you can use, for example, the Contact Form 7 plugin or any other). Then, we can provide you with a snippet for vendors to embed such a link to this page in the order page. Let me know if this works for you.
