Add one-time package

Hi All,

Up on new user registrayion, I would like to enable them to post their 1st ad/few ads for free so that I can have more listings coming to the site and attract more vertisers.

Is there any way to allow free ads or create a one time package with a spefici number of free ads, but this type of package could only be choosen once only?
