Add terms of use checkbox to checkout form

Hello hivepress team, is there a possibility to add a checkbox for the terms of service and a hyperlink for it on the checkout page without plugin modification?

Hi,

This page is implemented by WooCommerce, please check the available settings in WooCommerce/Settings. As far as I know there’s an option for selecting the Terms of Use page, if you select it then a new checkbox will appear in the checkout form.
