Add Tooltips or Help Icons to Submit Listing/Details Page

Hi everyone,
I’d like to add something to the Submit Listing/Details page to help users fill out the form more easily. Ideally, I’d like to include tooltips, help icons, or even a brief instructional text near the form fields.
Could you please guide me on which file I need to edit to implement this? Any tips or best practices would also be greatly appreciated.
