# Adding Additional Time to a Booking

Is there a right way to add additional time to a booking?  
If a user wants to extend their time, is there a way for the host to add time to the reservation without adding a new reservation? What about charging for the additional time?

Prob best bet right now is to get the host to put it in writing that he can charge for additional time. And hold a deposit to charge more. But I think the hp devs are working on the deposits, fixing it, so the host can charge for damages, overextended stays, etc.

Hi,

Unfortunately, there is no such function now. But as the only workaround, you can book the next free time that follows your reservation if you need an extension or contact the administrator.
