After buying an order, the dashboard all goes to empty cart

This is what the clients are now seeing after buying the product and going to their dashboards

Saw the was an option before making the order like when the account was new, you get the option of “settings” and logging out when clicking on your name to access the dashboard but once you make the order, the same button just redirects you to this page

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.

Also, please refresh the permalink structure in Settings/Permalinks (choose any structure with %postname% if the default one is selected) and check if this issue persists.
