I installed the RentalHive theme, installed the one click plugin, and then followed the steps to import the demo data. Not sure if I did something wrong but the image below is how my site looks:

Hi,
Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any). If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users, and refresh the permalink structure in Settings/Permalinks (choose any structure with %postname% if the default one is selected).
Please also specify your Home and Blog pages in Settings > Reading > Static page
