I’ve had a few users suggest that, if possible, they would like to see the message text in the body of the email notification, instead of “You’ve received a new message, click on the following link to view it”.
Please try customizing this email in HivePress/Emails How to customize emails - HivePress Help Center For example, you can use the %message_text% token in the email content.
Is there any way to add an option to reply to the message in the email body? Thanks.
If you mean turning an email reply into a message (stored on the site) automatically there’s no such feature at the moment, but if you disable storing messages in settings, then the initial messages will have the “reply to” set to the sender email address, this way there will be an email conversation on reply.
