Hi @vossi,
I believe with this option enabled, then all messages are viewable from your admin account’s Messages page on the front-end.
i.e. - there’s no new pages added. Instead, a copy of all messages are sent to the admin.
This is my understanding of how it works, but the HivePress staff will likely confirm tomorrow.

Please note that there may be an issue here only on the part of your hosting provider, or with third-party customizations if you made them directly in the theme files. I recommend checking these two options in more detail.

Hi, I have a clean theme installation, only TaskHive and with message monitoring, but they do not appear in my admin profile.
I don’t understand what hosting can have to do with receiving the messages to check them as administrator.
