Allow vendors to upgrade an existing listing to “featured” status

Hello,

It would be nice if there was a way to let vendors upgrade an ordinary post to “Featured” after they have already posted the listing. This is useful if they want to boost the visibility of their listing after they post it as an ordinary one initially. Otherwise, currently, users can only choose an ordinary listing or a featured listing from a given package, but cannot choose to change it after purchase.
