Any change I make crashes the searches on every users computer

Any change I make, even like removing a listing from being featured, crashes the searches on every users computer requiring the clearing of google browser data on every users computer. I am losing clients faster than I can recruit.
I NEED TO FIX THIS

Hi @horizonbookings.com,

I’m not sure exactly what’s causing this, but perhaps it’s a caching plugin that’s causing the issues. See if deactivating it temporarily helps resolve the issue.

If it’s still causing issues, it’s most likely a third-party plugin (not provided by HivePress) that’s conflicting.

The staff will likely have a better idea once they have a chance to see and respond to your topic.

In the meantime, I had a quick look at your site and spotted a few small bugs…

Your attribute related to whether an apartment is smoking friendly, or not isn’t displaying correctly, because there’s an extra space in the display code.

You have: % label%
It should be: %label%

(You have an extra space)

Also, because the length of your site title is quite long - I’m unable to see, or use the main menu because it’s off-screen unless I rotate my phone to landscape-mode.

See the screenshots below:

I hope this helps!

Cheers,
Chris :victory_hand:

Hi,

Thanks for the request. Yes, this is 100% related to a third-party plugin, custom implementation, or caching. Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.

Also, please note that we have not received any negative feedback from other customers with the same issue.

Hi I disabled all caching plugins. now its just affects my computer

Hi,

Unfortunately, we cannot help with further investigation of this issue, as it is not related to HivePress. We recommend trying to install the demo version on another computer and checking if everything works correctly.
