Are custom requests still accepted?

Hi Team,
I noticed the Hivepress customization option was removed from the Hivepress menu. Did you temporarily hide the option due to the amount of requests?

I did post a request last week and fully understand the amount of time customizations can take, and that you probaly have a queue of requests. Just wondering if my request did come through and if you just need to process the backlog.

Yes, we are not accepting new requests at this time, but we will check your request in more detail and provide a response.
