Bidding changes budget

Hi,

When biding on request is enabled there is a little problem. When user accept the offer of a vendor on their request but change their mind before they paid, the budget of their request becomes the price of the offer they previously accepted but didnt pay because thay changed their mind.

Exemple:

1. Budget on my request is 20$
2. Vendor come to the riquest and bid 15$
3. I click accept offer, but before paying I change my mind and open the request page
4. On request page I see that the new budget of my request is set to 15$
