In the attached image there’s a part of one of my blog posts (The Challenges?) showing up in Booking Details. This shows up in all of my Booking details.
Any idea what’s going on and how to fix this?

Hi,
Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, ensure that caching is disabled for logged-in users. Also, if the issue still exists, please provide more details if you have overwritten this template in HivePress > Templates.
There are no 3rd party plugins or customizations.
We are not using any caching plugin.
We have no templates.
Hi,
Please send temporary WP access to support@hivepress.io with details for reproducing this issue, and we’ll check it (please send only the link, without login and password). You can create a temporary access link using this plugin Temporary Login Without Password – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org.
I am creating a temp login now that will expire 3 hours after access.
I am also sending an email with details on how to reproduce the issue.
Hi,
It appears that disabling all third-party plugins has resolved the issue. To ensure everything is working correctly, please clear the cache and recheck the bookings.
I hope this is helpful to you.
1st, Thank You for identifying the issue and correcting it.
With respect to 3d party plug-ins, Some of those were used to create the site and some we’ll continue to need, such as Elementor, to edit pages and Loco Translate to modify certain terms or field titles.
We have limited experience with how everything works in WordPress/HivePress.
Can we activate these plugins to do our editing, then deactivate them after we’re complete?
In other words, are we correct in assuming that the plugins don’t have to be active for what we’ve done with them to continue to work?
Also, this has messed up some of our pages… removed text that was previously there.
Also, one of the plugins you deactivated was our backup/restore plugin.
Wouldn’t this need to be active in order to run?
I reactivated Elementor and Elementor Pro and it restored what was removed. But it seems that this plugin is what is causing the blog text to appear in the booking.
Do you have any suggestions?
I was able to resolve the issue with deleting the blog post that was encroaching on the Booking page and recreate the blog page.
I’m not sure why we didn’t think of doing this in the 1st place… but it is now fixed, with Elementor in tact.
