You can follow this guide on [How to customize emails - HivePress Help Center](https://help.hivepress.io/article/125-how-to-customize-emails). In the email, you will see all available tokens that you can use (including your custom attributes).

For the design, you can use HTML to create unique email templates. You can take a look at this topic [Email template](https://community.hivepress.io/t/email-template/11297) or find similar topics on the forum with examples.
