Booking requests go to site admin instead of the hosts

Hey guys,

How can i set up a system where booking requests for rentalhive go to the site admin to approve or not before it can go to the host of the listing to get their approval?

Hi,

The simplest option is for listings to belong to only one vendor, who is the administrator, all other options will require custom implementation.

This wont be possible because on the site we need hosts to be findable by guests on the site

That would be great, thank you. By same email do you mean booking notifications will go to the site admin and the host?

Hi,

There are two options we can provide you with:

  1. PHP snippet so that all Booking Requested emails are sent exclusively to the admin email.

  2. Alternatively, you can set up forwarding through your email provider, for example, if the subject is Booking Requested, then forward emails to the host and administrator.
