# Booking time slots to adapt to working hours

I have just purchased the working hours extension, primarily so I can have my booking time slots reflect each days working hours (rather than having set hours for the entire week). However, I can’t find any feature to allow this?

For example:  
Bookings are set from 8am - 5pm (this is mon-thurs), however I need Friday, Saturday and Sunday to reflect the changes in opening hours (11am-4pm).

How do I fix this?

Hi,

Please note that the Opening Hours extension does not affect the Bookings extension. In this version, you can only manually block the calendar, but we will try to improve this in future updates.

Hiya,

Thank you for the reply.

My mistake I thought it did link to bookings.

What is the best solution for my problem? I have shops where each days opening hrs are different. Do I need to manually block every week of the year out of the calendar?

Is there some code I could imbed to instruct hivepress bookings to link directly to opening hrs?

Hi,

Unfortunately, there is no simple solution for this yet, but we plan to add such a feature for Bookings in future updates. In this version, time slots are generated on the basis of from-to time.
