Bug with attribute options

Hi,

I think I have a bug with an attribute on which I have 95 options (it’s a list of the French departements). The field is boxes to check.

When a user add a listing and want to check boxes, after the 17th or 18th options, when he clicks on an option, the screen moves to the bottom, sometimes with a lot of blanck space, and sometimes when he tries to go up the screen is bloqued, so he can’t go to the first field if he wants to modify one of them.

Also, on the category pages, this attribute is used as a filter, and when I click on an option after the 17th or 18th option, I have a blank screen.

Hi,

Most likely it’s a caching issue, please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.

Also, if you have cache enabled on the hosting provider’s side, please contact them to clear the cache and disable it for logged-in users.

If this issue exists, please send more details that may help to detect or reproduce this issue.

Hi, thanks for your quick answer ! I asked my web hoster, there is no cache and I deleted the one that was on the site, so I dont think this is a cache issue. How can I fix it ?

Please try also to disable customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists
