Business directory and marketplace at the same time?

Can Hivepress be a business directory AND a marketplace at the same time? After installing the membership extension, adding a listing now has product pricing fields that must be filled, but a standard business listing wouldn’t have a price, only items for sale would have prices.

Is it an either/or thing here? Either it’s a business listing directory or it’s a marketplace, but not both?

Yes, you can combine this by creating two top categories for listings. After that, you need to restrict the categories, please check this doc How to restrict selling to specific listing categories - HivePress Help Center
