Can I convert a payment into giving credits/tokens to the buyer?

I am trying to develop a credit system for JobHive. The process is that after buying a package, a certain amount of credits/tokens will be added into the user’s balance. The credits will then be used to post job listings.

Are there any features with WooCommerce or other plugins that I can use to implement this system?
