I am thinking to give examples to new users who registered and wanted to put listings on my website, just to have them better understand how the extra and discount rule worked. If I can pre-set some of the extras and discount rules for them, that would be much easier for new users.

This may be possible, but this would require a custom code snippet for the hivepress/v1/models/listing/create hook (to save some sample extras when the listing is being created). Please try searching by “hivepress/v1/models/listing/create price_extras”, there may be an existing sample snippet.
