If a user buys a product from a vendor, the vendor cannot see the user’s registered image or profile, can they? Or can they be allowed to see them? Thank you.

Ordinary users don’t have page profiles in this version, but we plan to add them.
You can collect additional information using attribute bookings if you mean the Bookings extension.
