Cancellation of an ad package when the customer returns the purchased package

How can I cancel a purchased ad package in a situation where a customer files a complaint (the customer returns the purchased package)?

Hi,

This is how it works by default. If you change the status of the order in WooCommerece > Orders to Refunded (the order through which the package was purchased), the package will be removed from the user, and the limit will be 0. However, please note that listings that have been added by this vendor by that time will not be deleted, so it will depend on your site terms.

I hope this is helpful to you.

OK. I’m not at the WooCommerce plugin configuration stage yet. I have another question about job offer package expiration dates. I would like to set the package expiration date to 6 months. After that, the package expires even if not all job offers have been used. Should I also set the package expiration dates in the WooCommerce plugin settings?

Hi,

The package itself doesn’t expire, but it can define the listing expiration period, e.g. if you set it to 30 days then any listings added via this package will expire in 30 days, the listings will be hidden but vendors will be able to renew them (they’ll have to re-purchase the package if the limit is exceeded because renewals are counted in the same way as adding new listings). You do not need to specify anything else in the WooCommerce settings.
