I have problem with uploading files of all kinds to a form of mine.
I am attaching a pic. Is this something related to categories? cause if it is i have trouble fixing it.

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users. Also, please check the dev console to see if you have any errors there. If the issue exists, please try to publish this attribute in Listings > Attributes or simply create a new one.
Basically i get a 401 type of error. I checked the plugins, the problem is not due to them .
