Hi, can fluent forms or wpforms be used on the “submit-request/details/” page? to use their shortcode or any way to have their page show instead of the normal “submit-request/details/” page, as they are both more editable

That would be too good to be true.
The aforementioned plugins just do one thing : they send (email) the data put together by the end-user based on the fields you “designed”.
By the way, you don’t even need these plugins for this, it is just more convenient for non-coders.
In HivePress there are some custom business rules, data must be stored in the database, so it is a little more complicated…

Please note that you can customize the Add Listings (Details) template in HivePress > Templates using this documentation: How to customize templates - HivePress Help Center and thus change the default template. But please note that you need to make sure if these forms can add a custom post type; if so, it can work (listing is hp_listing post type), and you need to name all fields with the hp_ prefix as well.
