Change the color of the subcategory text on the search block

Hello developers, I would like to change the color of the subcategory text on the search block, how can I do this?

I tried to make it on the title title
<strong>Mytext</strong>%value%
Did not work out
Tried changing the color of the .select2-results__option class
(All categories including subcategories change)
How can I change the text color of a subcategory separately?
