Screenshot by Lightshot - I have added a payment method called Freekassa. Then I set it up, it works and throws me to the page where it says that my order has been placed. But in the personal account it says, “awaiting payment”. that is, it is not clear why, but the site does not see the payment, although the operation is configured normally, and shows the final page with confirmation that the order was completed successfully.
I think this ticket can be closed. the error was on the side of the payment aggregator. I entered the ip address incorrectly
