Charge Vendor for listing a Service

Is it possible to charge vendors for a listing with specific time limit?

Example: You are a lawyer. You decide to list your services under “Lawyer” category. You can choose to list yourself for a specific amount of time under Standard($100), Plus($200) or Premium($300) plan.

All plans are lasting for a year and after that the listing is automatically removed.

So before you are allowed to list a service (as a vendor) you are faced with a paywall and only then you are allowed to proceed.

I have experthive theme and what type of plugin would I need?
