Commission not working

Steps to reproduce

I’ve been testing orders. I added an order listing for $20, the commission works. I then added one for $5 and the commission doesn’t work.

I’ve decided to deactivate Marketplace until there’s a better UX for visitors signing up for Stripe Connect.

What payment method do you use
I have stripe connect set up and I was using the test keys via woocommerce

Please describe step by step what actions you are taking

1. I click create listing

2. I register a test account

3. I fill in details for the listing, including the price of an event ($20)

4. I select a package

5. I check out.

6. I use an alternative browser and click buy order on the event listing

7. I register a new account

8. I go to check out and pay the order price

9. I go to the account and click complete order

10. I return to the dashboard of the first test account and check received payments

11. I notice commission has been deducted

12. I repeat the process for a $5 listing and notice commission has not been deducted
