Custom Sitebar - Site Format

Hi,
I’ve installed a new plugin ( Custom Sidebars by Webfactory Ltd) to allow me to create new sitebars to add new navigation menu’s to my website.

Example: Help Center Menu

Works beautifully except it’s not picking up the site format for menu’s.

Any suggestions how the new navigation menu can pick up the global styles and actions?
