Customize a list in meet hive theme like the rent hive theme

Unfortunately, there is no simple solution for this, as these are completely different layouts, and changing it would require advanced customization.

Please note that you can change the design of listings to any desired one, but since there is no such feature by default, this change will require custom implementation, i.e. CSS and PHP tweaks.
