Dashboard not displaying correctly

Hi currently on my website the user section, while logged in is not displaying all of the section available to the users.

Hi,

The first screenshot shows the section that a regular user can see (i.e., the one who haven’t added at least one listing). The second one shows section that a vendor can see (a user who has at least one published listing). So the sections will appear, once at least one listing will be published because “additional” sections are related only to listings.
