Are delayed transactions are supported?
When i day delayed transactions i mean this

Authorization Holds: In some cases, when you use a debit or credit card for a purchase, the merchant may place an authorization hold on your account. This temporarily sets aside the funds for the transaction but delays the actual transfer of money until the purchase is finalized.

Its a feature by the clearing company with a plugin that integrates with woocommerce

Unfortunately, there’s no such feature; it would require a custom implementation. All payments are initially charged at checkout, and then, if necessary, you can make a refund or partial refund.
