Is there any way to disable the payments? We just want the part where the service providers contact and find the customers. Thanks in advance!
If you don’t need the marketplace features at all (e.g. purchasing a listing) please disable the Marketplace extension in WordPress/Plugins, then customers and service providers can communicate directly via Messages. You can also switch payouts to Direct Payments in HivePress/Settings/Payouts, this way customers will pay the commission fee only, and they can pay the rest of the order amount directly (via Messages or in person).
