Hi,
I am evaluating best theme for my website which is a Marketplace of different Artists that allows combination of Artist Search > Message and Booking which seems HivePress does offer that capabilities.
I though have some questions before I purchase:

1. Can I exclude Booking options first and just enable message function with booking enquiry and once Artists confirm, only then allow booking option enabled?
2. Do you have whatsapp integration?
3. Can this be further customized with additional wordpress plugins? OR I only have to rely on Hivepress extensions?
4. Can I built Community amongst the vendor? For example if I want to announce something and collaborate with my vendors, is there any feature that can support that? If not can this plugin synergize well other plugins that offer community collaboration my vendors and customers?
5. Does the theme support multivendor checkout? For example Customer bought a service from vendor A and another service from vendor B and checked out together?
6. Do you have more different color palette to use?
7. is it possible to connect a AWS server to host the photos and videos instead storing all media at website host?
8. Can Artist profile page be customized further to include portfolio and their past work on the page in form of photos and videos? This will allow my artist to showcase their work and customers/guest can view their work before engaging with Artist
9. Once service is completed, I want to enable digital download for the customer. is it possible
10. Can I enable partial deposit amount and full payment separately. For example in some cases I want to enable full payment and in some cases deposit first and final payment upon service completion.
11. Lastly, do yo offer any trial period?

1. The easiest option is to enable the Booking Requests feature.

2. There is no integration, but you can, for example, add a button to your listings using this documentation: How to add a WhatsApp button - HivePress Help Center.

3. Yes, you can customize your website depending on your needs.

4. Unfortunately, we do not have such a feature, but you can consider integrating third-party plugins.

5. There is no such option because we do not support cart functionality, but we plan to add it in future updates.

6. You can change the primary colors in Appearance > Customize.

7. Unfortunately, we have not tested such a solution, so we cannot provide more details as it relates to WordPress-level settings.

8. Yes, you can add more fields using vendor attributes.

9. Yes, if you have the Marketplace extension, you can enable this feature.
