  1. Does vendor Recieve email when the listings or request is accepted or bought by the users.
  2. It is by default or we have to manually do it.
  3. Also if the email goes to vendor how can i customize it and exactly when it triggers.

Yes, both the vendor and the buyer receive such emails. I recommend testing this in more detail by setting up your email in more detail: How to set up emails - HivePress Help Center. Also, please note that users also receive emails regarding orders, which can be found in WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.
