Seller adds a paid ad by purchasing a package. (in this case basic one)
The announcement is going to be moderated.
After its approval, the seller still has one paid advertisement for disposition.
I added another and it was added without the option to choose a package and information about the package in which it is published.
Please make sure that vendor has got package after setting/changing package listing limit. For example, if vendor bought package when it has 2 as listing limit and after that you have changed listing limit to 1 then this changes will not affect on this vendor.
Please try to add new package with 1 as listing limit and test it with some new test vendor. Yevhen,
It’s probably what you wrote.
I tried with another seller(user) and is ok.
BTW when seller used free pacgage on his board is info: “free pakages 0”
But with paid packages not. Maybe it should be same.
Once the free package is exceeded, it stays in the account with a zero limit because this prevents users from re-selecting it again (and avoiding purchasing premium packages), but when premium packages are exceeded, they are always deleted from the account.
Thanks, we’ll try to improve this. In the current version, it basically works as an indication that the free listing limit is now zero, so only premium packages should be used.
