Hi i’m using Experthive
Is it possible to create dynamic dropdown menu (Select) in attributes section?

City – select menu
-------------- regions relative to the city selected

I highly recommend using the Geolocation extension for this purpose Geolocation - HivePress Help Center. It’ll add all the necessary edit and search fields, and users will be able to enter the address (the regions will be generated automatically) or click Locate Me to enter their current address. It also displays maps on the listing pages.

If you want to manage a list of cities/regions manually, it may be possible if you add a custom Select attribute with hierarchical options.
