Hi Hivepress team !

I want to display listing titles by category, dynamically. my use case is slightly different - I have put all car brands in the category and in the subcategory I have put the car models ( inside brand category). I want to display titles as %listing.category% or equivalent. making a seperate attribute for ‘make’ and ‘model’ of the car is not giving a good UX while listing a car. So please tell me if their is code snippet you can share which can do this work.

or else tell me how can I create one attribute for CAR BRANDS - and Create another attribute for "“ CAR MODELS” such that when I select a particular CAR BRAND only their “ CAR MODELS” are visibile in the next attribute, i.e “ CAR MODELS’ attribute

Thanks

Hi,

If you mean using parent category and subcategory as tokens in the listing title format, unfortunately, that feature is not available.

For your second question, you can create two different attributes—link the first attribute with one category and the second attribute with another. In other words, please consider adding two separate attributes and using them in the title format.

Hope this helps.
