I have had struggled with hooks where for example %user% is not pulling through.
The latest issue is that the confirmation email link is coming in the incorrect format, it is missing the : in http://
It is strange how this suddenlty happened, I dont think i made any changes:
http://https//rooms-online.co.za/account/verify-email/?username=prior_mark&email_verify_key=d23332f5bccfcec5a56d37ea99cd0c1c
I have tested other links coming via email and there have been no issues.
It seems to be adding http// somehow

This is most likely caused by custom code or third-party plugins. Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists.
