Email To Customers After Date Of Experience


Right now, the customers receive a thank you message when they confirmed the booking.

I would like to send them another email after the experience itself to ask them for a review.

Could you please advice how can I do it?

Unfortunately, there’s no such feature, it would require a custom implementation. However, this feature is already on the roadmap, and we plan to add it in the next updates.
