Hi, I’m setting up a directory using ExpertHive.
It looks good so far, but I’m not sure I want to monetise all vendors and services, but I would need to protect or monitor the leads my site generates as these vendors could be benefitting.

if I was to allow experts to list services for basic home maintenance at a set price I’d want to take a small %

Builders may not want to offer services this way, and so I’d want to them to pay for a featured professionals slot (in vendors?) but also ensure my site is credited with the lead, so I can perhaps contact the client and ask if a project was started.
Essentially the businesses in no2 could eventually take the business from me in no1 and use them direct, and so I’m not sure how best to tackle this conundrum.
