Extra Price field filled by Vendor

Hi Team,

We were exploring ways to add a price field that can be entered by the Vendor, before approving a booking. So that this price field can be billed back to the user along with the total earlier.

Here is our case which we are trying to solve:
The user books an appointment with the vendor.
The vendor adds the travel expense from his location to the user’s location (this cannot be a flat rate).
The vendor approves the booking.
The user pays the bill, along with the added travel expense.

Please do suggest ways to make this possible.

Unfortunately, there’s no such feature, it would require a custom implementation.

But as a workaround, you can use price extras, please check this doc How to enable price extras - HivePress Help Center
