we had a client pay for a featured listings and we set him up and when we go to make edits to hivepress listing settings or… the featured listings is automatically removed and I have to put it back. How to fix?

Please make sure that this listing has no expiration date. You can also send more details about the issue, e.g. by removed you mean that it gets the Draft status?
