Fetch total bookings made

I’m using Hivepress and Hivepress booking plugins for listing bookings.

I’m current developing customized plugin in which I need to fetch total bookings made on a date.

For Example:
For date 25/9/2023 if there are 8 total bookings made by different users I code to return 8.
