Adding footer widgets to the front of the site from other plugins and only the hive press widgets will show in the footer - any advice? - (all the widgets show on other pages not associated with hive press)

Yes, they should be displayed on all devices.
Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
