Free packages are not added to the account

I have a problem that if the user chooses a free package, he transfers it to the home page and the packages are not added to the account. What to do?
I checked on several accounts there is a problem.

Please send more details that may help to detect or reproduce this issue. Have you tested this issue by creating a new user? Also, please make sure that the free package does not have a linked product.

I had two free packages in general and one is added correctly, but if I want to use the other one, it goes to the home page. I tested it for a new and established account and it works the same. I have no affiliation with any product.
