When a user signs up using the “Register with Google” shortcut, it works fine. However, if they choose to manually enter their Gmail address instead of using the shortcut and attempt to register the regular way, they don’t receive the verification email.
This issue only occurs with Gmail accounts that aren’t registered via the Google shortcut.

Please make sure you set up your emails correctly using this doc: How to set up emails - HivePress Help Center. Also, check if there are any restrictions in your SMTP plugin. Since our code has no restriction, this is most likely a third-party plugin or other setting.
